FindTransfers was established in 2012 with the aim of connecting travellers with small, local, airport transfer and taxi companies.

Our founder, Matt, was running a small airport transfer business in the French Alps and everyday he would receive emails from prospective customers asking if he was available to do their transfers and how much he would charge. It was obvious that these people were sending the same email to as many companies as they could find. Matt thought it would be better if customers could enter their journey details in to a system once and then receive several offers from local airport transfer companies.

The first version of FindTransfers was built over a summer and customers quickly started to use it to get the best prices for their ski transfers from the best transfer and taxi companies in the Alps. The following summer the system was expanded to help people book transfers in summer holiday destinations and we continue to offer the FindTransfers service in more and more destinations around the world.
