Very easy system to use, would highly recommend. Our driver was waiting at the airport upon our arrival, helped us with our luggage to the car and provided bottles of water for each passenger. Would definitely use again.

Journey from Innsbruck Airport to Vent

No problems with outward journey. Some confusion over pick up time for the return from Vent to Innsbruck. I had discussed the return pick up time with the driver upon arrival at Vent but upon reflection and discussion with our host decided that this time was too early. I telephoned the office the day before our departure to request a pick up time of half an hour later than that agreed with the driver. I don't think the message was ever passed on as the driver still arrived at the earlier time. He had to wait half an hour for us as we were not ready. The time we had submitted was more than adequate for arrival at Innsbruck Airport on what turned out to be a very busy day! We did not receive any bottled water on our return journey. On the return journey I found the angle of the rear seat in which I was sitting very uncomfortable.

Booking process was easy. Driver contacted me to ensure time of Arrival, Driver waiting in Arrivals. Vehicle comfortable and clean. On return Driver was early due to the weather so we made it to the Airport on time for flight , would use find transfer again
