Journey from Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) to art'otel cologne

No one at our arrival, quite a few Transfer companies there, but not Alphalane. Was phoned by the Company asking where we were? Eventually picked up after many calls and WhatsApp messages. Driver took full payment at our Hotel. Return pick up was 25mins late. Tried ringing Alphalane several times during day and messaged but no response. Tipped the return driver after drop off. Then Alphalane phoning for full payment. Which we had already paid. Would not use again Sorry.
