Vehicles in the fleet

We provide a transport sevice in a 8 seater, plus driver, Volkswagen Caravelle Long automatic with full options. Mercedes class CLS shooting break 4 matic executive.

There is Wifi, with up to 5 device connections, available through the drivers mobile phone network.

The vehicles are equipped with snow tyres and chains for winter conditions and ALL drivers are experienced in driving in difficult snowy conditions on the mountain roads.

Overall a fine experience, Regis was very personable and with good communication; transfer back to the airport was a little late but this was communicated to us before scheduled pick-up. My main issue there was nothing that suggested "luxury" to me as per the company name suggests. Our vehicle both ways despite being just 2 x persons was a VW mini-bus with limited leg-room, evidence of a crash on one side, no water offered, late return pick-up etc. Overall no big issue but I would not pay extra vs other providers for the hope of "luxury"

Regis was very friendly and professional. He chatted about the area and engaged with my children. He was also very helpful and laid back when my daughter was travel sick on the return leg. It was a good price for the return journey. Highly recommended.

Good communication leading up to the journey(s). Collection driver contacted me on arrival (but unfortunately made a human error and had gone to our destination, so was delayed (luckily the delay was not actually critical for us on this occasion). Mini van was acceptable for outward journey and satisfactorily driven. Return journey was very punctual collection, quality estate car, and excellent / safe driver.
