Journey from Zurich Airport to Basel

The driver asked for the address on the day even though this was provided. He did not follow the drop-off point given, and advised he did not know the area. The passengers did not know the area and were unable to assist. This became a very bad experience for the elderly passengers. He was advised a local contact would meet him at drop off point, but would not contact this person. Overall a horrible experience, and will not use this provider ever gain.

Journey from Zurich Airport to Flims

The trip from Zurich airport to our Hotel in Flims was perfect; polite driver who was there waiting at arrivals for us and whose driving was good. Returning the transfer was not so good - the driver was 15 mins late picking us up, apparently because of traffic but I had to ring the company to find out where he was; his driving was not so great.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Hotel NH Geneva City

I could not contact to AlpTransfer due to my flight had emergency delay and I can not catch my connection flight to Geneva (from London).I have to spend overnight in London and go for the first flight to Geneva next day. For a booking in advance seem to be un-useful for flight connection delay like this and I can not make any contact on the plane.So I miss this booking with no refund.

Journey from Basel to Zurich Airport

Driver arrived on time, and was helpful and courteous. Drove a luxury vehicle with plenty of room for us two and our luggage. Our transfer was without fuss, and we appreciated our e-mail correspondence re minor changes being actioned promptly by Find Transfers.
