Journey from Southampton to St Pancras International

Hi, please pass on to George and Georgi. Despite the troubles with email communication we had using our mobile phones once in the UK, everything went fabulous. The service and communication was excellent. The driver was polite, friendly, helpful, on time. The car was spotless, comfortable. Thanks a bunch fellas. Working through Find Transfers was ok too. Journey from Mayflower Cruise Terminal to Leonardo Royal Hotel London City

My family and I had first our first transatlantic cruise into Southampton cruise port, Andy our driver from Black Fleet London had great communication with me about arrivals and times, even with a slight adjustment on our part, he was very accommodating and met us right in front of the arrivals. The 2 hour drive into London was very smooth and we were dropped off right at the entrance to our hotel. Vehicle a black Mercedes Benz passenger van was very clean and spacious. We also had arranged for a trip from the hotel to the airport, Andy was our driver for that trip as well, again great communication. It was a smooth drive and we would highly recommend Black Fleet London and especially our driver Andy for making our first trip into and out of London so smooth and stress free. We appreciate it.

Journey from The Clermont London to London Heathrow Airport

We had changed our pickup time to 1/2 hour earlier the night before. Both company and driver accommodated our request without issue. Driver was prompt and courteous. He reached out by text the night before, which was reassuring. The car was immaculate and driver even offered bottle of water. Very professional.
