Journey from Cruise Terminal Toulon / La Seyne sur mer to Marseille

Transfer come on time for pick up, driver is helpful in putting the luggage onto the van, but we booked for a Mercedes V class and was given a Wolkswagon van, the van was clean though.

Journey from Marseille Airport to Avignon

Errands was lovely. He texted us just as flight landed to let us know where to find him. He was there with sign with our name so super easy. He handled our luggage and was very helpful with my disabled husband. His English is excellent. We had a lovely chat on our way to avignon. He helped my husband get into hotel and carried out bags. 1000% recommend him.

Journey from Marseille Airport to Hapimag Resort La Madrague

The driver was an hour late for our transfer to the airport which therefore caused us absolute chaos when we we got to the airport. I rang the company a total of 14 times, each time being told they were 5 minutes away which was a lie. They also forgot the car seat for my baby. No refund has been issued. Unreliable company.

The service the Black Pearl Transport provided was excellent. We were met at the airport on time by a very well turned out driver in a very clean taxi and delivered safely tour destination. At the end of our holiday we were again picked up on time and returned in the same style to the airport. Importantly we were kept informed by the company by text . Journey from Marseille Airport to Old Port of Marseille

We were a group of 15 requiring 5 different transfers from airport, to city, from city to ship and back again. Kamil and his team arrived on time, on each occasion. The vehicles were comfortable and clean. We felt we were in good hands. I would definately recommend Black Pearl Transport to others

Journey from Marseille Airport to 21 Rue Voltaire

The Marseille airport had very little/no signage to direct us to the area where the driver was waiting but Karim was very patient and helpful, sending us pictures of where he was and trying to help direct us. He was very friendly but professional and went out of his way to try to help us find a phone store that was open. Karim was also an excellent driver: we felt very safe in his care. The Mercedes van was very comfortable and clean, with Evian water at our disposal. Would highly recommend this service and the driver.
