Great service provided by BW Executive Travel. Our driver, Bob, was amazing! Incredibly funny, very safe driver, dropped us at the airport and then picked us up early hours a few days later - same smile and humour. 100% recommend! very comfortable vans, clean and with water provided.

The Driver arrived on time, was very helpful with the luggage, was very smartly dressed and made the start of the holiday feel special and certainly less stressful when travelling with a baby for the first time. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Highly recommend. We received a very reasonable quote from BW Executive Travel through Find My Transfer and then made all the arrangements with Brad White using WhatsApp for our transfer from Cardiff to Bristol Airport. Communications were all clear, efficient, and very helpful. Our driver (Maki) arrived in good time to pick us up and was friendly, helpful, and very professional too. The Mercedes vehicle was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The drive was very pleasant indeed and the time passed so quickly as the four of us were able to sit facing each other and chat as if we were sitting in a lounge – the seats were so comfortable! The provided bottled water was a nice touch too. We arrived in very good time for our flight and thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed the journey. Maki was a very smooth driver, making the journey effortless for us. Brad followed up with a WhatsApp message to make sure that everything had gone to plan, which was also a nice touch. We will definitely use BW Executive Travel when in the area again and my family all highly recommend the company based on our experience.
