Pickup was late. We had to change a few times the pickup so this was partially to blame. But they confirmed and were still late. But all worked out well in the end.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Pierre et Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Helios

Transfer back to airport was perfect. Punctual driver, who messaged his timely arrival for pick-up, nice van (big enough for our 5 adults with 5 luggage and 3 large ski/board bags), spoke good English, was friendly, helpful and a great driver (very competent on the snowy mountain roads, neither slow nor overly enthusiastic). Transfer out to resort though wasn't so very confidence inspiring, but ultimately was safely completed more or less as specified. Not to make a big deal,, I guess the main thing was that this driver was 10-15min late meeting us and not the best communicator, which caused an anxious moment (especially when our plan was to ski on the afternoon of arrival). There were also a few other minor gripes, more annoying than mission critical. Main office was understanding and apologetic.

Journey from chambery to val thorens

Plane very delayed arriving but transfer company passed us on to a different company who could accommodate the late arrival At midnight. We weee extremely grateful for this. Return journey was very smooth Only comment is that the instruction was card or cash but both drivers requested cash; we needed to go to an ATM as were planning to use card.
