Journey from Como to Milan Malpensa Airport

Driver didn’t speak English, he was late and didn’t specify, where here can park the car. We we running with whole family through old city to get to the car and arrive airport by time. At least the representer was polite, but still we didn’t get more than 5€ discount for all that.

I'm Sorry For this inconvenience. But driver said that you gave the wrong adress and he cannot find you. And he cannot arrive in the historic city center by car. Hopefully you arrived in time in airport and you didn't need to write bad feedback. I said you this time can not do more discount because he is not driver from our company, but next time can do for you -30% discount.

Journey from Verona Airport to Selva di Val Gardena

Driver did not speak much English, but spoke Russian and Italian. Driver drived very securely and even agreed a little detour. On a return trip, the driver was ~10min late, but It was fine.
