Journey from Salzburg Airport to Familien Natur Resort Moar Gut

Driver waiting ahead of pick up both ways and car was very clean and tidy. Only issue was that he drove way too fast on both motorways and smaller mountain roads, on both our arrival And return journeys. 145kph in very wet conditions (saturday 21st Sept) is not acceptable especially when you are carrying paying customers with 2 young children on board.

Journey from Hallstatt to Zell am See

La empresa deberia estudiar los detalles de la ruta cuando haces la reserva, no el mismo dia o 2 dias antes. Al final tuvimos que pagar 25 euros mas a otro taxi para que nos sacara de Hallstat porque estaba prohibido que cualquier otro vehículo estacionara. Eso es algo que tenían que haber sabido desde el principio y hubieramos evitado perdidas de tiempo y dinero.

Dear guest, We are very sorry, but it was not our fault. Hallstatt is just as much a problem for us, as the municipality collects a lot of money from tourism, but doesn't want to do anything for the tourists. We are a cab from Salzburg City, like other businesses in our city we are unfortunately not allowed to drive into the old town of Hallstatt. It is only permitted for local cab companies, and during the season we are even charged hundreds of euros in fines for a few seconds just to let someone get in or out. Complain to the hotel, they should organize a local transfer to the old town for their guests. Or give you a discount.

The driver messaged me two days before departure and introduced himself. As messaged, could see photo too. On day of arrival my flight was delayed and I could keep driver informed, but he tracked my flight too. Very impressed. I was told about who my driver was before return to airport. Very smooth and was a brilliant experience with company. Would highly recommend them.

DeinTaxi5020 were great and we wouldn't hesitate to use again. We booked them for our transfer for a family of 5 from Salzburg Airport to Hinterglemm. Communication beforehand was very straightforward giving confidence. We had details of the actual driver Manuela who was very communicative via Whatsapp and there to greet us at the airport. The Mercedes vehicle was great as expected. The return was just as good so we would definitely use again and recommend.
