Journey from Portimao to Faro Airport

John (driver) arrived for my pickup 03.45 to Faro airport 15 mins early, car was spotless, spoke good english. I booked this pickup/transfer just hours before , after being let down by another company. They had no drivers availabe for early morning pickup. Excellent service.

So easy. Met at airport arrivals by gentleman holding named card. He helped me with my case. Plane was delayed and they didn’t worry or give me any additional stress. Pick up was bang on time. Great service and such a great price . Thank you

Journey from Faro Airport to Albufeira

Warm greeting on arrival and most importantly John was there with identification notice so we knew he was there for us. Last year we spend 30 mins searching for our driver !!! So much easier and helpful, removing the stress after the flight

Journey from Faro Airport to Ferragudo

Our driver was very fatigued and my wife in back taught he was falling asleep on our trip from airport to resort .We were leaving from a different resort which was stated in email but driver went to original resort so we had to get taxi at last minute and rush trough airport.This was stated on original booking and also said to driver.I tried calling company and hotel reception tried to do same but could get no reply .Not good service

We want to ensure that our driver could not be letting himself fall asleep, as we value the safety of our customers and employees very much and comply with the rest and driving time stipulated by law, which are monitored by the responsible entities. Once again we are sorry for the misunderstanding of the return meeting place and we sincerely hope that in the future if you decide to hire our services again we will be better.

John was absolutely brilliant. Great communication. Was there waiting for us on arrival, even after our flight was delayed. Both outbound and return trips were extremely smooth. Great value for money, would highly recommend.
