Journey from Cambridge to St Pancras International

This was the first time I had used the company. Booking was straightforward. Abdul was an excellent driver, friendly and professional. Despite very heavy traffic, he got us to St Pancras International in good time. I have no hesitation in recommending DNR.

Journey from London Heathrow Airport to Hilton London Bankside

Our transfer after a long day of travel was so easy! Our driver was very communicative and easy to find once we got our bags. It was so nice to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel and not have to worry about finding our way around.

Journey from Queen Elizabeth II cruise terminal Southampton to St Pancras Station

Great service. Driver was very courteous and safe. The only snafu was party my fault but communication broke down between DNR and the driver. I noticed 2 days before disembarkation that Queen Elizabeth 2 was indicated as the ship rather than the QM2. I notified DNR 48 hours prior of the correction and received a confirmation that they received the change. They responded that they received the correction and would notify the driver 12 hours before the agreed upon pickup time. We received a call from the driver shortly after we left the QM2 that he was at the QE2 terminal but there was no ship there. He quickly drove to the QM2 port and all was good.

Journey from The Beach Hotel to Hilton London Bankside

Mircea Constantin Alexandrescu was an excellent driver and conversationalist during the entire 4 plus hour trip from Minehead in Somerset to London, UK.

Journey from Southampton Cruise Port to Gatwick Airport

Great service, the driver took us on an alternative route to avoid heavy traffic on the main road. We were very comfortable all through the journey. We got to the airport in good time for our flight, top class.

Journey from Southampton Cruise Port to Gatwick Airport

My ride was easy to schedule, DNR got it right the first tim, they quickly made a correction when my schedule changed, arrived promptly, were courteous, provided a safe and comfortable ride, and got me to my destination ahead of time.

Journey from London Heathrow Airport to Covent Garden

Our driver, Mads, was very helpful. There were 6 of us with a lot of luggage including skis and he was very helpful in navigating the airport and loading the van. He was also very patient given our flight delays.
