Established in 2006, we offer a private airport and cruise transport service throughout London and work largely for International travellers to London from the USA and Canada and due to the high standards that we consistently maintain our drivers are hired for their personality but also for their expert driving. Journey from Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 to DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Southampton

EC Minibus was courteous, efficient, and accommodating. The driver was very friendly, timely, and helpful. I will definitely use their services for my next trip through Heathrow.

Journey from London Heathrow Airport to Strand Palace Hotel

The ease of being picked up is unmatched. My driver was incredibly helpful telling me about the city, getting around, such a great man. He ended up taking my ride back to the airport as well. It was such a pleasure!

Journey from London Gatwick Airport to 9a Bute Street

La experiencia en relación a la empresa,muy buena porque son muy rápidos en contestar y están muy pendientes.El conductor fue muy correcto y amable,lo único problema fue que el conductor llegó 1horas tarde en el aeropuerto y debido a eso,perdimos las entradas que teníamos reservadas y además conducia demasiado despacio,no pasaba de 50km y eso hecho que ambos trayectos se hicieran eternos.

Thank you for taking your time I'm leaving us a review, I appreciate your feedback regarding the communications and the driver. I would like to apologise for the delay in picking you up at the airport, I am aware that we were in full communications with you on the day as we did explain there was a major storm in London which hold back the driver from getting to the airport in time to meet you, again please accept my apologies. This was not a normal day as the extreme weather caused a lot of delays.  Also, our understanding is that you were not travelling with any luggage which we were not aware of this would've made a massive difference to the drivers planning on the day. As we do not go straight into the terminal as soon as the flight lands as we understand it can take a while to go through passport control and customs. Gatwick Airport is not located in central London and I'm sorry that you feel that the driver was going too slow, from your assessment that he was only driving no more than 50K which is about right as this is the legal speed limit on the roads coming into London from Gatwick Airport. We take the safety of all passengers and staff very seriously and I am happy to hear that he followed the law.
