Driver did not help with luggage at pick up Driver was lost for 20 minutes Driver drove too slow and inefficiently in zero traffic when we were delayed due to him getting lost Car was uncomfortable as driver kept windows open Driver did not help with luggage at drop off

Great service at a good price, the driver picked us up on time and dropped us off at the airport. The only negative was that one of the seatbelts didn’t work. Good communication from the company prior.

On arrival to Heathrow we wait for a driver for 20 minutes, he said it because of traffic. On Return trip from hotel to airport driver was 25 minutes late, same excuse - traffic. I will not recommend this company. On my way back if I would order Uber, it would be on time and 15 pounds less. Cars quality not as on the picture, it's Kia and Toyota Prius. If you want to be picked up on time, this is not a company I would use.

I would like to highly recommend the driver and Esskay Cars that took care of our transportation to Luton Airport. On the day of returning home, it turned out that we were wrong at the time we asked the driver to pick us up from the hotel, and we were under time pressure and were afraid of missing the flight. We called the company and explained to them the situation that we are pressed for time and they promised that the driver would be at the hotel within 3 minutes, and it was! The driver did everything to get us to the airport as quickly as possible, and indeed we made the flight thanks to Esskay Cars and the dear driver! Thank you for everything!

Journey from London Heathrow Airport to Tower Suites by Blue Orchid Hotels

Very friendly and answers emails very quickly. Just wish on arrival that they would already be there with a sign with my name on it.. I guess due to traffic, driver was late by 30-45 minutes. But once he got there, everything was great!
