Re payment - thought was flexible re cash or card. We had a return trip - one of drivers charged us a credit card surcharge & the other did not . Would have made sure we had cash had we known

Journey from Turin Airport to Principe delle Nevi

Accepted booking that included seats for infants, on arrival at Turin no seats available and after messaging Mario was told that they weren’t available due to the type of bus - this should have been made clear at the point of booking and not on arrival. Driver refused to take or collect us to our hotel instead dropping us in the bus station and having to wait 25 minutes for a shuttle from the hotel. When messaged about seats and pick up times was told that I could cancel and rebook with someone else if I wanted.

I'm sorry that you can imagine and book a 15 meter long bus for 11 people and think that it can travel a narrow road of one and a half meters uphill to a hotel where only off-road vehicles pass, as already mentioned, in addition the bus does not It has the possibility of mounting any type of child seat. In Italy it is not allowed by law to put child seats on buses, and you wanted a service that would pick you up and drop you off in front of the hotel... you needed 2 smaller minivans that cost you three times more, I got you asked if you wanted to cancel the reservation, you didn't cancel it, you probably preferred to save money and write this senseless review...
