Journey from Hotel Le Tremplin to Lyon Airport

We were adding 2 more people to the transfer and the driver asked for 70 euros extra. Given that there was no difference to the luggage, we weren't sure what the additional 70 euros was required for and he responded with "how much do you get charged out as a lawyer". Personally I think that was a bit uncalled for and quite unprofessional.

I am very sorry that you do not approve of my business model, but before asking me to “forgo that extra fee” for the additional 2 passengers and their luggage, perhaps next time you ask for a quote make sure you are clear about the number of passengers and luggage requirements in order to avoid any disappointment. It was a pleasure collecting and delivering you and your team safely and on time, particularly during this period of strikes blocking many of the roads to and from the local airports. Journey from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to La Daille

We booked a return transfer from Bourg-St- Maurice to Val d’Isere with Hero Transfers and the experience was excellent. Our driver was early for both journeys, the car was very comfortable and spacious, and he is considerate on the roads. It was helpful for us that he is a fluent English speaker as well. I highly recommend and would use Hero Transfers again.

Professional and friendly driver. Warned us before a storm came in a picked us up early so we wouldn't miss our flight. Don't think twice.. Toby is the best!
