On time brilliant door to door service

Easy to book and reliable but some areas could be made better. For return journeys, it should be made clear to the customer on booking that full payment for both outward and return has to be made to the driver on the outward part of the trip. I offered to pay the fees for the outward only and the rest on the return but this was not accepted. Having paid the full amount the driver could not give me a receipt - not good. I had to make sure I got one on the return trip. I was quoted an additional €5 each way for choosing to travel on the highway - that would be fine but in practice the customer has to pay the tolls (the driver said he had no money) which came to €15 in total. The driver was courteous and a safe driver (although he spoke no English). The car/ people carrier was in very good condition.

Our taxi driver on our outbound journey was very helpful & pleasant, couldn’t do enough for us , & although our return driver arrived late , as he couldn’t find the villa, he was still very pleasant, overall was pleased , & was quoted a very competitive price

were at the airport on time and were more than happy to change times a day before the return as i messed up the times excellent company

Brilliant communication from the beginning. Answered all my queries. Best price around and on time on all 3 occasions we used this company. Even sent email prior to pick up to confirm the booking etc. Would definitely book again if we return to Alicante/Benidorm
