The driver rang me twice just to go over the details, 1st when I made the booking and again the day before just to check everything still OK, great service He was on time and the car was clean very friendly and a good journey to the airport On the way back we were delayed 2hrs but he had checked our flight and was waiting when we landed Great guy can't praise him anough .

Journey from Chelmsford to London Heathrow Airport

First time of using car transfer to Heathrow & I confess I was worried about reliability. However, once I agreed a quote I was phoned by Ivan of HR Transfers to introduce himself & doublecheck the transfer details. Ivan also said - & did - that he’d phone again the day before incase of last minute changes. This was immensely reassuring. Come the day Ivan arrived on time & proved to be friendly, professional, & we had a relaxed & comfortable journey. On our return from holiday Ivan texted me soon after we landed giving precise details of where the pickup was to be. We duly walked to it & 3 or 4 minutes later Ivan arrived for an equally smooth ride home. Thoroughly recommend HR Transfers & personally would use again in a heartbeat.
