The company has excellent service! Very flexible with payments, amount of people and transfer times! The drivers are good guys, they have been respectful and patient! We drove to Zakopane very careful and quickly avoiding traffic jams!

Journey from Krakow Airport to Radisson Blu Hotel Krakow

The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and was friendly and helpful. On the return the driver arrived to collect us in good time. The only thing to watch was the original price was given in Euros and when this was accepted and transferred to the booking system it was converted into the local currency PLZ at a much higher price. This was corrected once this was pointed out - but do just make sure you are sure you are paying the price that was agreed.

They were very interested in making sure we had the best trip possible, and replied fast when we had questions prior to the trip. Driver only spoke a bit of English, but that was no problem. 10/10 would recommend.
