Journey from Novotel Warszawa Centrum to Warsaw Modlin Airport

Will never use this transfer service again! The driver was speeding at times and when asked kindly to slow down he said not to worry and that he is an experienced driver. I don’t care if he was an experienced driver, he should’ve listened to our request and slow down especially that we were travelling with an infant and our safety was more important that hearing ‘I’m an experienced driver’. So unprofessional and irresponsible. An unsuitable car seat was provided for our 1 year old son and it was very irresponsible and dangerous. I wanted to refuse the service but I felt like we would’ve been late for our flight otherwise and had no choice. I’m just shocked at this kind of behaviour and was stressed out through the whole journey and was relieved when we got out of the car. Apart from that it was also expensive. I will never book with this transfer again and will definitely NOT recommend!

Thank you for your review. I will investigate this issue and speak with the driver about his behavior. I am so sorry for your bad exeprience. But i would like to discuss about expensive service: 32eur for transfer at 3:40 in the morning and including babyseat is not an expensive service. As if was an issue with the driver, i will resolve it ,but in the meaning of price i am sure that you will not find cheaper service at the time you requested and with extras.

Driver was there on time, had good English. The only problem on collection was the driver had no change for Euro.

Thomas our driver was there to pick us up and was very informative throughout our journey - brought us straight to our hotel and we also booked a return journey. Good value for money and easily contactable and helpful. Our flight arrived in earlier than expected and we phoned company who had driver there in minutes.

Had no problems both ways o our journey. The departure one was excellent the man even brought us a umbrella in rain to keep us dry in the rain to cross road to car. Very polite and safe.

Journey from Warsaw Modlin Airport to 29 Nowy Swiat St

The service I got from this company was amazing! My flight got diverted to another airport due to weather, and my driver was there waiting at the other airport when I arrived. He gave me directions on how to walk to the places I wanted to see in the city from were we were staying. The return trip to the airport went smoothly. Driver showed up 15 minutes early. Both drivers spoke English well, which was great since I don't speak Polish. Definitely recommended this company! Thanks for the great service.
