Pick up service excellent we where delayed 40 mins got there driver was waiting still, tipped generously as a thanks, return journey no where to be seen 4.30 pick up rang the number 3 times nothing had to get hotel to ring me a hotel it was there within 3 mins and was cheaper than venice black cars, avoid at all costs read there reviews on google there loads of reviews stating the same about return journey

Venice black car are excellent and very good value. Our flight was quite late but it was not a problem for the company, which was a great relief. Our driver Roberto was very polite and helpful with our bags. 10/10.

Good company apart from when came to explaining who to pay as was told different then, when got home was messaged to say I’ve paid wrong people so think they need to explain better or they should ask for money to be paid in advanced by card

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) to Union Lido | 5 Sterne Camping

Taxi failed to turn up for our flight from Dublin. Despite a number of phone calls to the taxi company on the night, none were answered. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather and we also informed company by email before takeoff of this fact and that we would be late, who also had our flight details , in advance as a matter of courtesy but still no response. We had to arrange another private taxi and arrived very late at our destination with small children.

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to AC Hotel Venice

Easily booked through Findtransfer who were very responsive. We attempted to reach Venice Black Car for a week prior to our pickup. No one answered emails or phone calls. Venice Black Car did not appear for our pickup in Venice, leaving us to find other transportation. We were very disappointed with this company. Cannot recommend it and warn others to avoid them if possible. Not worth the effort or aggravation.
