Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback in order to improve constantly our services. Therefore, in order to clarify some of the points you've illustrated (or lacked to do so): your flight was delayed and without any notice nor issues, we maintained your booking. Secondly - and we do apologize for this - we're a Lisbon based company. We are not familiar with all the hotels in Porto and especially those that do not have visible ID. Unlike what you've stated, you did not provide any help - Google maps or otherwise, finding the hotel. The driver executed the drop off exclusively on his own which took him 5 extra minutes in a 3 hour service only because it's a one way-street district. Finally, you did not take into account any of the information sent regarding payment - which you did not have at all - and insisted you had paid previously which you had not, at all - taking 30 extra minutes and delaying the return of the human being and vehicle. Unfortunately, you did not take that into account. Given the rating you've just provided, we must add, we're quite surprised with your email the following day requesting the return trip. We did not have availability which is the reason why we could not operate it. As a reply: this is your review.
