Hi dear, Thanks for your feedback, Firstly we have tracking system I checked it and it clearly shows driver arrived in right time not even 1 minute late, Secondly the car I sent you it hase a licence that it can carry for passenger, Also the you paid for salon cars, if you wanted to get bigger car you need to mantion it clearly and the price won't be the same that you paid, bigger cars price quite higher than salon cars, Also on the way you stop for a coffee and this is not part of our plan and in this situation driver didn't ask you any penny! So driver has a right to stop to get a coffee or to use a bathroom quickly, he is a human as well! Kind regards
