Journey from Bristol Airport WN63 to Lansdown Crescent

Despite me contacting the phone number to confirm my booking several days in advance, on landing I phoned it again only to be told that because I hadn’t replied to a text ( which I did not receive), the transfer was not there. Obviously I then felt abandoned and upset. And to make matters worse the man was very rude to me and made out it was my fault and told me to go and get a taxi. He then hung up on me which upset me further. I then had to get a taxi at considerably more cost.
