Journey from Munich Airport to Selva di Val Gardena

We were impressed with how well our driver avoided traffic on a busy Saturday afternoon. However he incorrectly and unfairly demanded additional fees above the agreed rate. €40 was charged for extra waiting time at the airport, despite us driving away from the terminal 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick up time. For this reason, I will select another transfer operator next time.

Excellent service, the drivers were on time and got us to our destination perfectly. Nice vehicles and a bottle of water was provided for each of us. RC were also very accommodating when we had to delay our return by 1 day due to an airline strike. Thank you!

Journey from Saalbach Hinterglemm to Munich Airport

The driver seemed to be very tired. He kept braking at the last minute and looked to be falling asleep. He accelerated very fast and then braked very quickly. Van was perfect, arrived on time. Wasn’t the most pleasant drive due to excessive acceleration and braking and the worry the driver was falling asleep.

Driver was not there when we arrived but I think he was inside airport and we were outside freezing for 30mins.When I phoned didn't understand or speak good English.

Booked transfer for customers to pay in cash. They never collect the payment, now pretending we need to pay. In addition they are forwarding the transfer to other transfer companies
