After another 10 minutes, he called again, but received no response from the passenger. The driver waited until he was contacted by the customer, which happened via a phone call at 18:47. The driver then picked up and drove to the meeting point with the customer. The most important thing is that there is always communication between the passenger and the driver, as a lack of communication can lead to mismatches.
