The driver was great, arrived on time and helpful. However, we booked the transfer because of the availability of a child car seat and it was not provided on the day.

This was an excellent experience. Our driver contacted me in good time to ensure the transfer was still needed, he arrived early and was happy to wait until we were ready to leave. On the return journey, he communicated via text to let us know where he would be waiting and when we should text him to give him an update on the progress of our transition through the airport. A thoroughly professional and extremely positive experience.

Starlock offered the cheapest price for my journey and kept in frequent contact leading up to my flight landing and afterwards until collection. The driver was very friendly, offered a free bottle of water at the start of the journey and to stop any time I might need. The car was spacious and very comfy.

Journey from Liverpool Airport to Heswall Hall

Great service by our driver Tony. Tracked our flight through and kept in regular contact. Despite traffic delays on our return journey he went out of his way to make sure we got to the airport on time for our flight. Minibus was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.
