About TAXI FAB BENCI

Artisan Taxi since September 2022, CPAM approved, I mainly carry out Professional Seated Transport. After purchasing a new vehicle, my son and daughter joined the family business and we now want to diversify and develop our business in the field of train station and airport transfers. I already have significant experience in this field, and thanks to the expansion of the company we can now respond favorably to all requests from our customers (all types of transport, all distances and up to 8 passengers). Support area: Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Ain, Isère, Rhône, Switzerland and Italy.

Après l’achat d’un nouveau véhicule, mon fils et ma fille ont rejoint l’entreprise familiale et nous souhaitons maintenant nous diversifier et développer notre activité dans le domaine des transferts gares et aéroports. J’ai déjà une expérience significative dans ce domaine, et grâce à l’expansion de l’entreprise nous pouvons dorénavant répondre favorablement à toutes les demandes de nos clients (tout types de transports, toutes distances et jusqu’à 8 passagers). Journey from Tignes to Chambéry Airport

I would stay well clear of this company. They tried to ring me day before pick up. I tried to ring them back, no joy. So WhatsApp them asking if everything was ok. They ask for flight detail and hotel address. Taxi was booked for 12pm which they said should be with you between 1-1:30ish (then in a later message said more like 2-2:30ish) flight was at 5pm with a minimum 2hrs transfer. They instantly said we can send you your deposit back and put your number in a taxi WhatsApp. Which the prices for next day were 100euro extra. As it was late notice. We found an alternative taxi for 70euros extra, and went back to them and asked the difference which is only fair due to the late cancellation. As I’m sure if we cancelled the day before they would have kept our deposit? No difference paid, very rude and unprofessional company.

Effectivement comme vous l'avez notifié dans votre avis, nous vous avons prévenu à l'avance de notre retard ( nous ne sommes malheureusement pas responsable des retards d'avions, des aléas météorologiques, et du traffic , très dense en cette période, occasionnant des temps de transferts plus long). Nous donnons le maximum au quotidien pour la satisfaction de nos clients, comme en temoigne les nombreux excellents avis à notre égard. Nous vous avons remboursé immédiatement votre acompte et aidé à trouver un autre taxi. Ce qui vous a permis d'arriver tranquillement à l'aéroport pour votre avion. Je vous ai également recontacté par WhatsApp pour vous dire que j'etais soulagé pour vous que l'on ai trouvé un nouveau taxi ensemble et que tout ce soit bien déroulé, message auquel vous m'avez seulement dit rembourser moi 70 euros. Différence qui vous aurait été remboursé avec plaisir, si cela avait été demandé un peu plus poliment. Sachez que l'argent ne fait pas le bonheur, la relation entre les humains et la manière de communiquer est plus importante. Enfin puis je savoir à quel moment nous avons été grossier? Quand nous vous avons prévenu de notre retard ? Aidé à trouver un autre taxi ? Remboursé immédiatement votre acompte ? Ou quand nous vous avons demandé si tout c'était bien passé pour votre retour ? Je n'ai pas pour habitude de dépenser mon énergie pour des gens qui n'en valent pas la peine mais je tachais quand même à vous répondre pour clarifier la situation. Je vous souhaite bonne continuation, de vivre heureux, et confirme vos dires, s'il vous plait restez à l'écart de notre entreprise.

Journey from Chambéry Airport to Les Arcs 2000

Great service from Lulu our driver. On time and friendly. With our return journey we arrived early at the airport and she took us to a nearby restaurant for lunch and then collected us later and delivered us back to the airport, on time, for checkin.

Journey from Grenoble Airport to La Plagne - Centre

I absolutely recommend this company to anyone. We have done several transfers over the years (same journey) and this was by far the best. Friendly, reliable, professional and knowledgeable people. We were taken from the airport to our destination using local knowledge and experience of the traffic with great care and same on the return journey. On time, great communication and was one of the cheaper quotes. We will use them again next year. Thank you Axel and Fab!

By far the best taxi driver we've ever had. Avoided 2 hours of traffic by using shortcuts on the way to Les Menuires. Would 100% recommend without hesitation.

Journey from CHAMBÉRY to LES MENUIRES

We were delighted with the efficiency of this transfer and the helpfulness of our driver, Fabrice. Thanks to his local knowledge we avoided the chaos, delays and hold-ups on the motorways on these 2 exceptionally busy Saturday transfer dates up to and down from the mountains. We have done this journey many times. It is the first time we arrived at our resort in the 3 Vallées before dark and would choose this local taxi business again.
