Dear Mr. Paul B., i can not understand this bad review. The Taxi driver had cleaned his car. It was, as desired, a Mercedes Van for very much luggage. He had drinks and sweets. He was on time. You did order at 10:00 am and Taxi driver was already there at 09:30 am! What did you expect? Your last words to the Taxi driver were: Good driver!
