I would definitely use this company again. the drivers were super helpful and courteous. the first driver waited to make sure we got in the apartment, as our flight was delayed and the reception was shut when we arrived late. the return driver was super, getting us to the airport on time for our flight, even though there were major traffic jams - he found alternative routes around them.

Journey from MARSEILLE AIRPORT to AVIGNON

Driver was not there at the arrival hall on time. Turned up half an hour late due to traffic. Did not call to let me know of delay. Had to make an expensive telephone call to your office to find out where he was. If he was aware of traffic he should have set out earlier so as to meet on time. Otherwise a nice driver and vehicle as requested.

Journey from L'atelier B&B to Best Western Marseille Aeroport

Laurent arrived early. We got back from exploring the town market about 30 minutes before he was due and found him busy loading our luggage with help from our B&B host. During the drive, he gave us some excellent advice on how to get into Marseille from the airport so we could spend the afternoon exploring the city.

I got the quote a few days in advance and booked 24 hours before we travelled. Confirmation came via the website within about 30 mins. I chose this company because it provided the cheapest quote by quite some margin. Driver was early both on pick and collection and drove carefully both ways. The vehicle was a large people carrier, well appointed and with air conditioning.

Driver was on time, efficient, car large and comfortable. My complaint was that I understood from your website that credit cards were acceptable payment. He would only accept cash. I was not counting on that. My rating of him and the trip is because of that, otherwise would have been a 5 star.

Journey from Marseille to 1 Allée des Tilleuls

Driver arrived 20 minutes late on collection at Marseille On arrival at Sisteron he claimed we were underchsrged by 30 Euros and wanted our agreement in advance before collecting us on Tuesday and the extra 30 Euros due to computer error. Finally he dropped us at Terminal 1a instead of Terminal 1b which meant a walk of nearly 150 metres

Journey from Marseille Provence Airport to Orcières Merlette

Laurent was waiting for us with a sign for our inbound journey and greeted us in a friendly and professional way. He had bottled water for us in the vehicle ready for the 2 hours 40 minute journey from Marseille to Orcières Merlette. He was perfectly punctual picking us up for our homeward journey. We had a bit of stress getting the card payment to work but it did in the end and everyone has trouble with tech now and again. Would book again if we were doing the same trip.
