It is our purpose to provide you with that expertise and knowledge which will let your clients experience Tuscany, Florence and Italy with such an insight that only someone in profound love with his own country can fully communicate.

We think that one of the most valuable aspects of our job is the analysis of the clients interests and goals for touring Italy and Tuscany and that only in communicating with him, we will really understand what’s needed and wanted. We don’t want to just “sell tours”, we want to ensure “the right experience”. We think that Tourist Guide & Driver covers a strategic role in the group travel. An excellent Guide & Driver thanks to his/her knowledge and personality will inspire the group to the point when the trip can become unique experience.

The group travel is then a success and the travel agency is happy, the guests are happy, the guide is happy. The guide represents the community and country where he/she lives and promotes the destination. The guide is the representative of the journey, not only a source of knowledge, but also an actor and entertainer and he/she must be a professional!

Journey from Amerigo Vespucci Airport to Localita' Pod. Vignalunga

We were left under the Tuscan Sun. Let that sink in. We were stranded in Tuscany after I had a travel booked with this company months prior. The entire company was terrible to work with. They left us stranded in a villa in Tuscany when we had to leave for a flight in Florence. They even had the audacity for me to pay for their initial services!!! They are an absolute crook and no one should ever hire them again. Also, if you delete this message I will be sure to repost this EVERYWHERE.

TO ALL THE READERS AND TRAVELLERS Customers are disgusting liars. Courtney Harris was picked up promptly at the airport Date:01-Sep-2024 Flight:Air Dolomiti 8852 from FrankfurtFlight time:09:40) and accompanied to their destination (Podere Vignalunga in the Siena valley) by our driver Roberto. The driver confirmed their return time and date as scheduled (i.e. September 5th pickup date 10am). The customer Courtney wrote to us on WhatsApp just 1 hour before (we have the whole conversation as proof) to cancel the return transfer to Florence. In fact, she paid for a one-way transfer from the airport to Podere Vignalunga (she had to pay 300 euros and gave us 283 euros). She is just a filthy liar and should be ashamed!! Shame!!

Lat minute cancellation by another company and Tuscan Sun saved us, as well as being more cost effective. The vehicle was high quality and the driver was helpful and good company.

Great transfer. Great driver. He was on time and got us to our destination safely as well as giving us recommendations of places to eat. Andrea spoke good English and he and my husband conversed the whole way about various topics. Very happy with this transfer.

They were awful. This company canceled on us the evening before our pick up and left us stranded in Florence. Had to pay double and catch an Uber to Tuscany. I should have known better after reading to reviews. Don’t use this company!

Journey from Florence to San Gimignano

Our arrival was delayed due to flight arriving in Pisa rather than Florence. Our driver Giovanni managed to adjust things so we didn’t have to wait too long. We were so impressed with the service. Our return trip was great. Very early on Friday morning we missed peak hour so Andrea was able to show and explain the beautiful countryside and architecture. Journey from Florence Airport to San Donato In Poggio

We are an elderly couple and we found renting a car to be stressful. We were glad “Findtransfer” able to provide us the transportation from Florence airport and drove us to a small town in Tuscany where we stayed for five days. We reserved them again in going to Siena where we are then able to catch bus and train in continuing our trips.
