VIP Transfers provided the cheapest quote for a 'stupid-o'clock' early-morning trip from Cardiff centre to Bristol airport. The company were flexible and friendly and everything went smoothly and efficiently. The vehicle was comfortable and a bottle of water was provided for everyone. As we've used personal recommendations previously I was a little way of using this service for the first time, but reviews were good, here and elsewhere.

Communication from the get go was great, the minibus arrived on time and it was spotless clean! Water was even supplied too. Drivers were friendly and dressed very smart. On pick up from the airport on the way home, we had the same experience as going to the airport, nice driver and a comfortable bus. The driver tracked our flight and arrived on time. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough, would definitely book again.

Carl and his drivers were right on time, great communication and flexible on the pickup as we got a little delayed. Very flexible also as we finished our meeting early and he moved his timing up to suit us.

Excellent service. Lovely transport. Great drivers. Buzz picked us for the airport, lovely man,polite and on time. Chris picked us from the airport. He texted me as our flight landed to tell us to msg him once we collected all baggage. We did and waited in the drop zone at Bristol airport. He was about 3-4 minutes away. Perfect. Again a really lovely guy. Also both drivers were careful drivers. I will 100% be using this company again.
