Journey from Nice to Avignon

The whole team was very accommodating! We had to wait an extra 5 hrs in Nice for luggage that didn’t make our flight. The team rescheduled our transfer to Avignon so we could still make our connection with our tour group. Thank for being so flexible and accommodating! The driver was very friendly and delivered us safely.

Journey from Hôtel West End Nice to Hotel d'Europe

The driver didn’t speak any English at all. The van’s air conditioning was not working at all. Despite several requests, the driver couldn’t get it to work. He said in broken English that he wasn’t familiar with the vehicle. Duh??? We rode with windows open most of the 3-4 hour trip despite sultry heat outside to get reasonable ventilation.

Journey from Cervinia to Geneva Airport

We were picked up on time, driver was polite and helpful. VTC had recommended allowing any extra hour in case there was a queue at the Mont Blanc tunnel, as it happened there wasn't on our side but there was a HUIGE queue on the other side. Seeing that made me glad we had factored that time in just in case.
