My driver was an hour late, and there was mixed messages as to why he was that late. Then the electric car was running out of power & he advised me that we would need to stop for at least 10 minutes to charge the car up. Luckily the owner came out to pick me up and transfer cars as I had missed a meeting at the airport and was also flying out that evening. It caused me a lot of stress, however the owner of the company was very apologetic and did all he could to rectify the situation and get me to the airport. I have asked for some compensation but none has arrived yet, and I haven't heard back from them regarding this. The initial driver was poor, but the owner was great. I would recommend the company as the owner made an effort to get me as I was still 20 mins outside Lisbon, however they need to understand that compensation would be appreciated and I will then specifically give them my business next time I'm in Portugal.

The service provided was excellent. Thiago, the driver, contacted us at Baggage Collection and arranged a suitable place to meet. For the return journey he arrived on time and took us promptly to the airport. This was really value for money and we would thoroughly recommend this company.
