This was the first time I used your website service to source airport transfers in UK. I liked the idea of the options with different prices to choose from and reviews from other customers help too. It is also good you provide transfer company contacts numbers as our pick up was late and I had to contact Dynamic Cars early in the morning. I was glad someone answered the phone and overall it all went well. I would use your services again. Thank you.

Journey from Geneva to Les Menuires

It was unclear how to book, finalise, and pay for the transfer. We had a lot of dialogue via the site, but even after both parties agreed the confirm booking function didn't let me finalise our deal. I'd recommend investing in a very good UX designer to ease that process. Also the messaging function isn't great as conversation history is whiped at each reply. It would be nice to have the history just like on normal email or any P2P messaging service.
