I do t think their customer service is in the UK. They were useless and sent the driver to the wrong address despite my emailing them a correction showing they had the address wrong

It was good…. I like the fact you could do a drop pin to confirm exactly where you wanted to be picked up! This takes out the worry if you’re in a big apartment development with many roads and entrances that might not have road names .
