Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Hotel Eurostars Residenza Cannaregio

Very happy with Find your transfers but more details about the transportation should be included. For instance, in Venice I booked for pick up at the hotel which was confirmed but luckily I called the driver to make sure and he said the pickup was at Piazzale Roma. If I did not call, we would have been waiting at the hotel and late for our check in on the cruise ship. Then the driver was late but did not contact us. All drivers should call customers when they are late!
