The contact I had confirmed a change of date but when I tried to contact them when we arrived there was no reply and I haven't heard from them since. I would suggest a system on your website to change the date so that everyone involved can change some details of the journey,

Please provide the services for day trip with driver. Also, pls do some promotions for google search. I browsed many days to find van transfer but in vain. Maybe we are a group of 7 persons with 7 big luggage. Besides, we are transfer from car rental to hotel instead of airport. It’s difficult to find the right agency.
