Some suggestions: 1) I would make is that all the vendors provide actual photos of the range of vehicles exterior and interior ( including boot space ) so that customers can make choices based on the vehicles they prefer. Many of them only have a written description of the car models used, but I think the photos of the actual cars would provide that extra level of trust and comfort to use this platform to book. 2) All vendors should provide credit card payment as an option 3) All drivers should use WhatsApp to communicate with customers, as most international travellers use WhatsApp to message and make calls.
