Journey from Tignes to Lyon Airport

We had a long transfer of 4 1/2 hours (expected on a Saturday during the ski season) and for 3 adults in the back of our taxi it was quite uncomfortable by the end of our journey. Could you perhaps request passenger details (ie whether adult or child) and/or request the taxi/transfer companies to state what vehicle they would be providing (if you already do this and I missed it apologies). Otherwise, a fantastic service that saved us from a tricky situation (our original booking with another company was cancelled last minute as their van was involved in an accident).
