Journey from Felison Terminal to Amsterdam Centraal

Poor customer service as there was no response to all of the phine numbers on the confirmation e-mail. Not sure who is responsible FindTransfers or Schiphol Business Travel (Formerly sZaintax Transfers) but the return taxi failed to arrive. We phoned all of the phone numbers in the confirmation e-mail but got no response. We then e-mailed FindTransfers and they said to contact the taxi company direct. We did this and they eventually contacted us when we were in another taxi on the way to the Ferry Port. They said that it was in their schedule for the next day not the correct day. Eventually it cost us a lot of time, money and nerves as it all took time to arrange another taxi company. .It cost us Euro 80 for the replacement taxi.
