Journey from London Heathrow Airport to Hilton London Bankside

The drivers were great! They did everything to help us to get us to our destination, They were much better than the customer service person that I was talking to from MiniCabRide. All he wanted to do was argue and yell. He also hung up on me when trying to see what could be done. He did not give any suggestions to help us with the lack of space for my group of 14 people with 2 pieces of luggage per person. This was stated when I requested you to use the service. I emailed to make sure I had vehicles to fit my group. There is no customer service help at all after your vehicles are there to pick you up.
