You need to have cards to give drivers so they give them to Passengers. Keep your prices just lower than the others. Have someone contact the hotels/ accommodation you pick up from and produce small posters they can have at reception . Your driver did not know the shortest route to the airport at the time of day, I showed him and he was glad. Bravo to an enterprising small business!! It would also be good if you could telephone a booking as not everybody is comfortable online!!
