Whatsapp is a great tool but since I had no mobile internet I missed the text message and calls from the driver from Keramoti - Thessaloniki. Maybe just a small feedback to use standard SMS as well :)

Journey from Dubrovnik to Valamar Tirena Hotel

Would be better with more contact from the taxi company, if late and confirmation made before any pick up's would be good rather than customers worry if all was ok, when journeys were booked so far in advance with no confirmations given near to the pick up times, when left at the airport initially you panic that there was going to be no taxi, as no payment had been made prior as we paid at the time we used the services. So did worry that it was not going to happen as the company were cheaper than other quotes we had for the same journeys when pricing

It was a little tough making contact with the driver since there were so many drivers trying to connect with passengers. Possibly provide each driver with a larger sign with company logo that can reuse for each connection.
