Journey from Geneva Airport to Chalet des Neiges - Arolles

There is some confusion over whether we should put in the airport pick up time or airplane arrival time when filling in the form. Our initial booking for cancelled a day before we were due to fly out which was frustrating but I'm glad that findtransfers re-opened the ticket to help find a replacement. I still need my money back from AlpsRider.eu though and support in this would be appreciated. Findtransfers should not use AlpsRider as they seem to have negative reviews in other sites also.
