Journey from Hôtel Eden Genève to Club Med Alpe d'Huez

Its was the 4th time I used FindTransfers, every year for my ski season. The first 2 was ok. In 2019 the the driver arrived 30 minutes later but we could take the plane. This year one day before the transfer I called the company (Alpes Rider EU) warning them to not be late because we had a flight to catch, but it turns out to be even worst! The driver overslept and we (5 people) missed the flight in Geneva. I am in contact with Find Transfers and also with Alpes Rider EU in order to be refund or I will issue both companies.
