Journey from selva de gardena to venice italy

I ordered a transfer for a pick up at 5:00 pm and they came to pick up at 5:00 a.m. Who needs to be picked up from a trail head at 5:00 am. When I rescheduled they charged me another $320 euros. I had no choice but to pay as I was stuck in the middle of the Italian Alps.
