Journey from Malaga to Malaga Airport

Still waiting for my payment for the return journey. The driver taking me to my first destination said l only payed him €40. He knows fine well l payed him €100 for return journey as well . Yet he must have told find transfer l only payed €40 for going to benalmadena and l payed for return as well. When l challenged this he said there was a mistake and his English was not very good. Even though l spoke with him on the phone along with the other Spanish taxi driver that took us back to the airport.?
