Journey from Grenoble to Montalbert

The system worked very well although I was puzzled when I accepted one offer as soon as I received it, only for it to be immediately rejected. However, the offer I eventually went with provided an excellent service.

The booking confirmation email doesn't show the agreed pick up time. Suggest adding this to the confirmation email in addition to just the date.

Journey from Lyon to La Plagne

The total cost of the return trip was €1200. I paid a deposit of €600 in advance. I then paid €300 on arrival at the destination. This was €150 per driver as there were 2 vans provided. On the return journey I paid €300 again but obvoiusly there was some confusion as one of the drivers approached us in the airport telling us that we had not paid. When I showed him the invoice and proof of deposit he was satisfied with my explanation. The drivers need to fully understand how and when they will be paid.
